Infinix rolls out 2nd OTA within 2 weeks for HOT 8, achieves superlative customer feedback responsiveness


Infinix, a premium smartphone brand from TRANSSION Holding group, has impressed customers in India through an unprecedented degree of responsiveness to customer feedback. The brand’s efficiency when it comes to listening to users and prioritizing customer convenience again came to the fore as they launched an Over-the-Air updates and optimization initiative for its recently launched smartphone, the HOT 8. This was the second OTA launched within a gap of less than 2 weeks, and undertakes considerable optimization including updates on Google’s latest security patch 20190905 and optimization of rear and front camera framework.

Infinix has also updated selected XOS apps including the YO Party, Boomplay and Phone Master apps. Infinix’s own XClub app will now offer users great content, breaking news, funny jokes and complete download on raging current topics. Users just need to open XClub App and click the update button. Additionally, the brand has also optimized the audio performance and overall system stability significantly.
