Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi, present MP and former HRD Minister at the centre, launched India’s most affordable Smartphone, Ringing Bells Freedom 251 at INR 251
Ringing Bells Pvt Ltd, established in 2015, has launched its most affordable and path-breaking Freedom 251 smartphone which costs just and unimaginable Rs 251 (plus approx Rs 40 shipping charges). The phone was launched by Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi, present MP and former Minister of Human Resource and Development, Govt of India.

The smartphone runs superfast 3G connectivity for the users to download and view multimedia content on a 4-inch qHD (960×540 pixels) IPS touchscreen.
