Apple’s iPad leaps into productivity and enterprise arena with the new iPad Pro launch. The iPad Pro features a huge 12.9-inch Retina display with 5.6 million pixels, and will support a new stylus called Apple Pencil. Apple has also launched a new Smart keyboard cover for the iPad Pro to make typing easier on the device.
The iPad Pro runs a 64-bit A9X chip, which Apple says is faster than most portable PCs that were shipped last year and offer 10 hour of battery life. iPad Pro starts at $799, and goes on sale in November.
With the iPad Pro, the biggest change is the new touch display, which now supports the Apple Pencil stylus. Apple says that “advanced sensors in Apple Pencil measure both pressure and tilt for a fast and fluid drawing experience, while a built-in Lightning connector makes for quick and easy pairing and charging.
