boAt brand having a portfolio of well-designed, indigenized and distinctive lifestyle-oriented products offered at attractive prices has launched a new in-house developed ‘boAt Hearables App’. The new boAt Hearables app comes with exciting features including Self-Diagnostics Mode – an advanced feature to make the customer experience richer and better. The newest innovation is developed to address issues related to Bluetooth Connectivity, MIC Status, Speaker Status and Battery health in their devices with just a Single Click. Additionally, the app also provides an easy way to customize the hearable’s button functions settings and download over-the-air software updates to make them even better.
In the first launch phase of the app, boAt will be able to help its customers connect and configure their hearables and troubleshoot any issues they face. In the coming weeks ahead, boAt will also be ready with a slew of updates which are already in the pipeline, including support for all their legacy and latest personal audio devices. In the second phase of the app, boAt will also be adding Personalized Audio profiles, Custom EQ options, Integrated Streaming Services, HD Audio Personalizer and a lot more.
The app is designed & developed in-house by an experienced NPI team & software engineers working at boAt Labs – The brand’s own R&D lab situated in Bengaluru. boAt is committed to India’s twin missions of Atmanirbhar Bharat (a self-reliant India) and Make-in-India-for-the-World, by enabling technology innovation and R&D in India.
One can download the app from Google Play Store and sync with boAt Bluetooth Earphones to experience the newest update. iOS version will also be available in coming months. Self-Diagnostics Mode* (Only available on Rockerz 330 Pro and Rockerz 333 Pro) as of now.
