Cellbay Mobiles & Electronics Pvt Ltd, the brand mobile store in India with the goal to become established as the leading Retail chain group in mobiles business, has celebrated its Anniversary and unveils its new logo, its expansion plans along with a bouquet of cultural programs.
Mr Soma Nagaraju (Founder & CEO) of Cellbay Mobiles & Electronics Private Limited shares his joy saying, “This is indeed a proud moment for the entire team of Cellbay. We all have put our heart and soul into it but we feel that still have a long way to go. Within some years, we aim to reach 200-store mark to gain retail space in southern region. The challenge during Covid crisis and our management has carried out stringent steps to accept the challenges and give best of service to customers. We always gain confidence and get confidence. It’s always an ever-growing market. We are not selling products, but we are selling the services.
He added, “Technology is the key. Our road ahead. We have always been trying to gain confidence. We are planning to have a 200-store mark to gain retail space in southern region and to gain Top 10x line. We plan to acquire 2 million satisfied customers and expand markets to all sorts of customers.”
Ms Sanjana Nallacheru, Director HR & Marketing said, “We keep people management, higher management and the result of which is that we have employees who have joined at a sales executive level and are at managerial role. “
Speaking about the competition, Mr Krishna Prasad said, “Competition helps us to grow further and to improve. The success lies in how we are taking the competition and what are the key learnings from this competition. In today’s world we can’t expect not to have competition. Competition helps us to strive better and give the best customer service. There is a huge gap in offline customers, the huge companies have spread their wings to offline customers so there is much more chance for us to grow. Online business never has a loyal customer whereas offline business always has a loyal customer. He comes to meet the store manager for the product. We are continuously engaging with the customers. In the next 5 years we are looking for 1000 cr turnover benchmark. Due to the pandemic, people have started opting for more products and technology is booming.”
Awards were given to Mr Naval Santosh Kumar who has been associated with the brand since its inception; Mr Changanti Srinivas was given the Life Achievement award for keeping track of having all the records of e-store; Mr Anthony Peter for long service at Cellbay for honesty, passion and true leader that drives force with passion.
The celebrations began with Ganesh Vandana and concluded with great pomp and show with dance and music.
