Audio being an integral part of Indian household, we see a great future for quality products. With speakers becoming more portable and personal devices, I foresee the below mentioned trends in the coming future:

AI – Artificial Intelligence will play a big role in audio industry. With Alexa already having created awareness about voice enabled speakers, in future, it will be one of the main features that the customer will look for while buying a speaker. Smart speaker market was valued at USD 1.57 Billion in 2017 and is expected to reach USD 11.8 Billion by 2023, at a CAGR of 34.44%. Home automation is already making a foray into urban households and with all aspects of our daily life getting integrated, AI enabled-Voice controlled smart speakers will become a necessity and will be at the centre-stage of home automation.
With Matata R&D working day and night on this, we are excited for the future of AI enabled audio products.

Lighter, Smarter, Smaller and More Powerful – With speakers becoming personal devices these days, its inevitable that smaller form factor, Smart features and wireless connectivity will top the list. Matata already has a huge line up like Integrated Speakers, Portable & BT Speakers to match the expectations of potential customers.

    Sound Bars with Wireless Woofers
Gone are the days when customer had to fiddle with multiple cables to get surround sound effect. Thanks to great technology and design innovation done in this field, Sound Bars with Wireless Woofers give great sound output without any distortion and will be preferred over caballed audio devices. Urban Indian is very conscious of aesthetics of their living space. Wireless Sound bars not only enhance the same but also elevate the lifestyle. Customers these days are willing to spend on good Home Entertainment and these wireless sound bars are pegged as good investments in this area. Matata has recently conducted a survey which revealed that customer focus is being shifted towards great sound quality, longer battery life yet at optimum pricing. Keeping the same in mind, we are soon launching such
Sound Bars for Indian market and we are confident that they will be received very well.
