However, to make Make in India program successful, the government needs to undertake steps like decreasing the GST from 18% to 5%; decreasing the custom duty & electricity bills; and providing loans at lower interest rates thru banks. Today, the market needs aggressive pricing and prompt grievance handling; customers want, in addition to good products, value-for-money; and accessible and painless after-sales-service. G-Charge has evolved in-line with the customer expectations and preferences and offers them the best-in-class products and services.
