GADPRO is a rising star in mobility accessories, offering premium-quality, affordable gadgets tailored for India’s diverse and growing market. During an exclusive interaction with Mobility Magazine, Mr. Sanjid Sak, Co-Founder & Managing Director, GADPRO, elaborates on the brand’s growth, product strategy, and expansion plans.
Please share with us about the journey of GADPRO?
We started GADPRO three years ago with a clear vision – to offer high-quality mobility accessories at affordable prices. Over the years, we’ve become a strong player in South India and are now focused on expanding into North, East, and West India. Our aim is to establish a pan-India presence.
Brief us about GADPRO’s product portfolio?
We cater to a wide range of mobility accessories, including mobile chargers, earphones, cables, Bluetooth speakers, TWS earphones, wireless neckbands, and wearables. We also deal in mobility-related gadgets like back cases and sticker cutting plotter machines. Each product is designed to serve the needs of mobile shops and cater to customers across different segments.
Can you elaborate on the product variants available?
We have 10–15 models of is each category of mobile chargers and TWS earphones, and 9 models of Bluetooth speakers. We follow this approach in every category—offering diverse options across different price points. However, we do not participate in the cheap-quality, low-price segment. We operate in the medium segment and position ourselves as a premium-looking yet affordable brand.
What sets GADPRO apart in this competitive market?
Our biggest strength is quality. While our products appear premium, we’ve kept the pricing accessible to ensure it caters to Tier 1, 2, and 3 markets. India is a massive market, and we believe customers who understand quality will recognize our value. Most importantly, we focus on profitability for our distributors and retailers. Their success is our growth.
What is your after-sales support model like?
Every GADPRO product comes with a 1-year user warranty. It’s a replacement warranty—if the customer faces any issues within a year, the retailer can replace the product immediately. The distributor will then replace it for the retailer, and we will settle the claim with the distributor. This seamless model builds trust and supports the ecosystem.
Do you have any plans to manufacture locally?
Currently, we import most of our products from China. However, we strongly believe that Make in India is the future. From this year, we are planning to introduce some products that are 100% made in India. It’s a big move and something we are excited about.
What are your product strategy and future plans?
We focus on quality over quantity. Right now, we’re launching 4–5 carefully curated products every month. These are not rushed launches—we test each product rigorously and only release it if it meets our standards. For this year, our entire focus remains on mobility accessories. We’re not diversifying into other segments just yet. We want to solidify our leadership in this space before expanding.
What’s your message to prospective partners?
If you’re a distributor looking to collaborate and believe in buying and selling quality, we’d love to work with you. Our doors are open for partnerships across India.
