Event software company Hubilo launches an end-to-end cloud based virtual event management platform to support businesses in the on-going corona virus pandemic. Major events were being cancelled/postponed on a global level, bearing this in mind the team at Hubilo, who have already facilitated close to 2,500 events till date developed the virtual version for event management with two primary objectives – to shift the entire experience online from offline, and to ensure that a simple process is created that helps the organizer execute the complete event smoothly and efficiently. Hubilo has already facilitated virtual events for Indian and International clients such as Tech UG, Lockdown Summit, Publish Industry India, Martech Vibe, Erlang Solutions, along with their existing clients.
Vaibhav Jain, CEO and Founder, Hubilo says “Since the corona virus outbreak, I began to receive several technical queries from clients in respect to the day-to-day operations especially in context to video conferences and important internal events. It is very difficult to give sound suggestions that would technically help out in all the areas, in order to resolve this we decided to develop a virtual platform that would assist and give solutions to all the concerns.”
The virtual event management platform is majorly structured through technology tools such as real-time networking which is a networking lounge where attendees can connect and video chat with the ones with similar interest and queries, virtual booths that provides manufacturers and sponsors a separate online space to market their products, speaker lounges where attendees can see a list of all event speakers and their sessions and register and add sessions to their event itinerary as well, live and on demand sessions, automated registrations and ticket processes, 24/7 customer care services and the Hubilo app that helps synchronize the entire event along with few additional tools. Hubilo has facilitated close to 20 virtual events with more in the pipeline, pan India as well as globally in the last couple of months.
“With the COVID-19 crisis, going digital is the new mandatory norm. Besides providing our technological support to the current situation, we are offering the platform at a markdown price, and we are also giving an additional 20% to 40% discount to our existing clients. We just want to ensure that all the operations continue to run and function as effectively as earlier,” adds Vaibhav
