Indkal Technologies officially launched its highly anticipated Super Series televisions under the Acer brand, making it the first company to launch Google TV based on Android 14, in the Indian market. This marks another major milestone in Indkal’s impressive record of achievements within a short period.
Indkal unveiled the products, showcasing what is being touted as a significant technological advancement for televisions. The Super Series stands out as the first television to feature Google TV based on Android 14, a more powerful and faster operating system for TVs compared to the existing versions used by most brands in India. Key highlights include an Ultra-QLED display that delivers true-to-life visuals, along with Dolby Vision, MEMC, Super Brightness, WCG+, HDR10+ and many other cutting-edge technologies. Notably, on picture technology side the inclusion of ALLM and VRR of 120 Hz, along with HDMI DSC (Display Stream Compression), makes the Super series an attractive option for hardcore gamers. The standout feature of the series, however, is its remarkably powerful 80W PRO-tuned speakers with Giga-Bass, designed to provide an unprecedented immersive and captivating audio experience.
Indkal also showcased their new Acer branded M Series and the L Series televisions at the event. M series TVs are luxury large-sized televisions featuring Mini LED with a QLED display, available in 65 inches and 75 inches. Both models achieve peak brightness levels of 1400 nits, have a native 144Hz refresh rate, and sport 2.1 Channel speakers with a 60W output and a woofer at the back.
The new L Series, introduced with a distinctive 4-Side Frameless Design for the first time in a Google TV, further exemplifies Indkal’s leadership in product innovation. The L series TVs come in sizes from 32 inches (with an HD display) to sizes up to 65 inches with 4K-UHD resolution.
Both the M and the L series are powered by Google TV based on Android 14 and an AI-enabled dual processor engine. This new performance core has also extended to Indkal’s existing televisions under the Acer brand, including the bestselling I series, now upgraded and rebranded as the I-Pro series.
