Can you share JBTEK’s journey in the mobile accessories market since 2010?
JBTEK was launched in 2010, and since then, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality mobile accessories, including data cables, chargers, power banks, and speakers. We are a channel-oriented company that strongly believes in empowering our partners, especially in tier 3 and tier 4 cities. While we are already established in tier 1 cities, our primary focus now is on expanding our reach in smaller cities, where we see immense potential.
What is the core philosophy of JBTEK, and how does your brand stand out?
Our logo says it all – “JBTEK: Just Best.” This represents our commitment to offering the best quality at the best prices. We understand the dynamics of tier 3 and tier 4 markets and are determined to provide comparative pricing while maintaining superior quality. Our goal is to ensure that even smaller cities have access to premium mobile accessories at affordable rates.
How do you see the shift in the mindset of Indian gadget users?
There has been a significant shift in consumer preferences. While price remains an important factor, quality is now a non-negotiable aspect. Consumers today demand durable and reliable products. You can no longer compromise on quality in the name of affordability. At JBTEK, we ensure that our products meet high standards while still being accessible to a wide audience.
How does JBTEK ensure a seamless customer experience and satisfaction?
We have a strong focus on pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service. Pre-sales support is important for our business, and after-sales service is vital for customer retention. We ensure that our customers receive the best possible support, with warranties and service options that enhance their experience. Our team is dedicated to providing assistance at every stage, which has helped us build trust and a loyal customer base.
Can you share insights on the recent launch of GaN technology chargers?
We are excited to introduce our new GaN technology chargers. Although GaN chargers have been in the market for some time, the technology has now evolved significantly. Our latest GaN chargers are designed to be more efficient, compact, and powerful, offering faster charging with enhanced safety. This is a step towards innovation, and we believe it will add great value to our product line.
What are your expansion plans for JBTEK, both in India and globally?
Our primary focus is the Indian market. While international expansion is on our radar, we want to first strengthen our presence across India. We have been here for 14 years, and our goal is to establish an even stronger footprint. We are working towards building a robust distribution network, increasing our partnerships, and ensuring that JBTEK products reach every corner of the country.
