Consumers in India will be able to buy the latest Nexus from LG – the Nexus 5X started on October 21, 2015. The smartphone was officially launched in India on October 13 at a price of Rs 31,990 (for 16GB variant) and Rs 35,990 (32GB). The Nexus 5X is the third Nexus device manufactured by LG in collaboration with Google. The Nexus 5X features the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, Google’s latest Android operating system for mobile devices that delivers impressive performance, great imaging, and enhanced security. It also delivers the best of Google and LG know-how in a single gadget.

Amit Gujral, Head Marketing LG Mobiles India said “We are committed to our consumers on the promised availability of Nexus 5X from the October 21st as announced at its launch on October 13th. The two earlier Nexus phones (Nexus 4 and Nexus 5) received tremendous consumer acceptance, and we are sure that the all new Nexus 5X shall supersede the consumers’ expectations of the partnership between LG and Google, a third time around as well. Our consumers will be delighted to receive via Nexus 5X, the best hardware performance for Google’s most advanced Android OS for mobile devices — the Android 6.0 Marshmallow”

The LG Nexus 5X features a sharp 5.2-inch 423ppi full HD IPS display with advanced In-Cell Touch technology that enables faster recognition, better outdoor visibility, and crisper images. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 Processor and delivers a smooth and effortless performance for any demanding task. And with its fast Type-C USB port, a 10-minute charge will provide enough power for almost four hours of battery life.

When it comes to imaging, the Nexus 5X is well armed with a 12.3MP rear camera and a 5MP camera in the front. Both the 1.55µm sensor on the rear camera and 1.4µm above the display absorb more light than any of the previous Nexus devices, delivering brighter photos with stunning detail even in less than ideal lighting conditions. The 5X is also capable of capturing 4K and slow-motion videos, making this phone the most advanced multimedia Nexus device to date.
The Nexus 5X is more secure than ever and simpler to use with Nexus Imprint, a fingerprint sensor conveniently located on the back, where your finger naturally falls. A single touch of the sensor is all it takes to power on and unlock Nexus 5X for immediate use.
