Micromax has announced the Windows 10 version of the hybrid tablet for the Indian market at Rs 14,999. The previous model is also available in the market for about Rs 14,500.
There is no difference in the two tablets in terms of specifications. If you purchase the old tablet you will anyway get the Windows 10 OS for free; all you have to do is connect it to a fast internet network and head to Microsoft’s website which is offering the Windows 10 for free. The difference is if you buy the new model you will get it with pre-loaded Windows 10.
Like the older model, the new Micromax Canvas LapTap has the Intel 4th Gen Atom Quad core processor that has clock speed 1.83 GHz, 32GB inbuilt memory, 64 GB micro SD card slot, 10.1 inch WXGA IPS display with 1280×800 resolution, 2 GB DDR3L RAM, 64 GB micro SD card slot and 2 megapixel camera in both rear and front panel.
The hybrid tablet comes with free MS Office 365, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB port with OTG functionality and weighs 1.1 kg. The tablet comes with an attachable keyboard that has magnetic dock and trackpad. It has two SIM card slots too using which you can access 3G networks.
