How was the past year for Nextech, and what are your expectations for the future?
The last year, especially 2025, has been quite positive for us. Despite challenges like intense competition and pricing pressures, we managed to achieve strong growth. The market is constantly evolving, and we see a significant rise in technology adoption. Going forward, we expect more tech integration in accessories, which will create new opportunities for growth and innovation in our category.
How do you see the current market environment in terms of customer engagement and opportunities?
We are observing a shift in customer behavior. While overall footfall or volume may fluctuate due to changing market dynamics and regulations, the quality of engagement has improved. Today’s customers are more informed and focused, which creates better business opportunities. For us, it’s not just about numbers, but about meaningful interactions that translate into long-term growth.
