As Chief Financial Officer, Smeer will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives around Financial controllership, Business Partnership, Financial planning and cost optimisation. Smeer will work closely with the founders to identify the right opportunities for organization growth and strengthening process efficiency while driving fiscal & financial governance.

Prior to joining Noise, he was spearheading all the vital governance verticals as their CFO across various industries including Retail, Telecom, FMCG and Manufacturing where he has been associated with leading brands such as Lenskart.com, Bharti Retail, Bharti WalMart, and Coca-Cola. He also comes with a strong people orientation and the ability to lead, motivate, develop and nurture teams making him an ideal fit for Noise.
