Philips launched two Android-based smartphones in India, dubbed Xenium I908 and Xenium S309, priced at Rs. 11,799 and Rs. 4,999, respectively. The Xenium I908 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) handset that features a 5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 441ppi. This Android 4.4.2 KitKat-based smartphone is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core (unspecified chipset) processor alongside 2GB of RAM and sports 16GB inbuilt storage, expandable via microSD, card (up to 32GB). The device features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with CMOS sensor, f/2.2 aperture, and LED flash, while also housing a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an 88-degree wide-angle lens for selfies.
