POCO Launches the Affordable Smartphone POCO C3 in India

POCO has launched its newest smartphone for the Indian market — POCO C3 — with a triple camera setup, 5000mAh battery and many more features, making it a strong contender in the sub-10K INR segment. With that, POCO C3 pegs itself as a great first smartphone as well as the perfect gifting option for someone looking to get a solid budget performer for their loved ones in the coming festive period.

With the characteristic POCO two-tone design, POCO C3 comes with a balanced set of internals to make for a smartphone that’s a perfect fit for users in the category. POCO C3 also becomes the most affordable triple camera phone in the market while at it.

Users, for the first time in the segment, are set to enjoy a triple camera setup. POCO C3 comes with an AI Triple Camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary sensor, 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor.

While the depth sensor helps achieve some crisp portraits with creamy bokeh, the macro sensor allows some fun close-up shots along with the capability to shoot macro video in 720p. POCO C3 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 8-core processor with Cortex-A53 cores clocked up to 2.3GHz. Along with the massive 5000mAh high-capacity battery, POCO C3 strikes a balance between performance and efficiency.

With content consumption having gone up exponentially, having a large display to comfortably consume content becomes imperative. On POCO C3, users will be able to enjoy a 16.58cm (6.53) HD+ display, with a resolution of 1600 × 720 and an aspect ratio of 20:9.

POCO C3 will be available in 3/32GB and 4/64GB storage variants in Arctic Blue, Lime Green and Matte Black colour variants. POCO C3 will be available for purchase during Flipkart Big Billion Days starting 16th October 2020 for an introductory pricing of INR 7,499 and INR 8,999 for the 3/32GB and 4/64GB variants respectively.
