You have completed a year in the mobility market as a service provider. Brief us about your experiences?
Mr Vivek Gupta-The goal of SERVEXplus India Private Limited India is to ensure the complete satisfaction of customer, while offering the highest levels of professional service at affordable and competitive rates. Even if we have completed just a year, yet our journey has been quite good and we feel that within a year we have reached our benchmarks.
We have earned a very goodwill in the market now within a short period of time and we expect that in due course of time we will obviously exceed the benchmarks.
After sales service is crucial for the success of Mobility brands. How do you make realize this and what innovations have you brought into the service space?
Mr Vivek Gupta -After sales service is the backbone at ServeXplus and we try to create a highly fulfilling experience beyond expectation, giving our clients a total peace of mind in managing their valuable products.
We create exemplary service standards thereby becoming a Service partner for Brands, OEMs and Customers worldwide.
Since we have been in this industry for quite some time, we have been able to identify the gaps and we are undertaking ardent steps gaps to make it more tech enabled to deliver the best service to the customers. We are involving the small processes from where directly we are focussing on MVS. We are trying to make an integral part in the processes, this is the reason why good companies are hiring us. In all streamlining of process is of prime importance so that we can get the positive response for our brand as well as us.
SERVEXplus also indicates on what should brand improve, we add to the brand faults in the brand which needs improvement. We guide the product development team as our approach is unique and efficient. First, an expert team evaluates the needs of a business by carefully modelling the Process and the requirements to do this. Based on the workload, the computer infrastructure needs are mapped and best value and quality products sourced. We understand the needs of various businesses.

What kind of message you want to give to the industry?
Mr Vivek Gupta- For the services part they need not bother as we are there to help them in the services, they can always focus on improving sales and we are there to help them in services.
Mr G Aditya Padman – They should not worry about services; we are there connect us.
What are the new initiatives that you have undertaken in the past year ?
Mr G Aditya Padman – Having worked in corporate life for 23 years things change when you become an entrepreneur. Here we are responsible for a set of 50 people. We have had a very good experience of the startup as we worked like a team and dedicated ourselves all day and night. We are trying our best to learn from the mistakes and not repeat the mistakes in our own entrepreneurial journey.
We can do product development as in RMA. In case there is any product that is damaged then the same can be dropped at our service centre and we can return it to the brand owner. In the other case if there is some problem with the brand owner’s warehouse, we can repair the products by our engineers. We are open to work with both big and small brands but we feel that the service is of prime importance and it needs to be addressed.
What are the changes that you want to bring in the service industry?
Mr G Aditya Padman– We are in a fast age where people are restless and everything is switch off button and we are looking at offering seamless service to the customers. We are looking for ways to give instant seamless service to customers.

Next five years where you stand your company in the service field
