Sudhin Mathur is a seasoned business leader with 30 years of experience in Business Management and Consumer Marketing across industries like Telecom, Services, and Office Automation. He has driven P&L success, brand building, retail transformation, and high-performance team leadership. Notably, Sudhin led Motorola Mobility India and Lenovo Mobile Biz Group, driving the business to a $1.5 billion turnover and earning multiple Lenovo Leadership Excellence Awards. He also played a key role in Sony Ericsson’s growth in India, setting up manufacturing facilities and a Global R&D Centre. Sudhin’s entrepreneurial venture, Shoptalk, further showcased his expertise in innovative consumer engagement.
As COO, Mathur’s strategic vision is expected to further strengthen Xiaomi’s market leadership in India, leveraging his expertise to navigate the ever-evolving consumer tech landscape.
