Tell us about TEQMO and your journey so far.
TEQMO is a leading mobile accessories brand in India. Our journey began around 2015-16 with just 15 SKUs – a few models of chargers and cables. Back then, neckbands had just started trending, and TWS hadn’t even entered the market. We started from a single city and a single state. Over time, we expanded from Tier-2 cities to Tier-1 cities, and today, we are operational in 10 states.
How has TEQMO grown over the years in terms of products and operations?
We now have over 150+ SKUs and our own assembling line. Our head office is in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and our display office is located in Delhi. We have grown steadily while keeping a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Currently, we are aiming to expand our presence to 25 states in the next 1 to 2 years and establish ourselves as a truly pan-India brand.
What new products has TEQMO recently introduced?
We’ve recently expanded our product lineup with a range of advanced mobile accessories. Our latest offerings include superfast chargers and next-generation neckbands packed with features like ANC, ENC, and magnetic on/off functionality. We’ve also added new models to our TWS range, designed to deliver both performance and style. Looking ahead, we’re set to launch a new category — smartphone batteries — which will cover over 300 models, further strengthening our presence in the accessories market.
What sets TEQMO apart from other brands in the market?
Our core strength lies in our monopoly business model, which ensures distributor satisfaction. In the states where TEQMO is active, people know us for the quality of our watt chargers. We are known for bringing trending, unique products that offer something fresh to our customers. Quality is our first priority, followed by pricing. All our products are competitively priced and come with a 1-year customer warranty.
How does TEQMO handle after-sales service challenges?
We strongly believe that no matter how good an electronic product is, issues may arise over time. That’s why we’ve made after-sales service a major priority. A brand cannot sustain without good service, so we focus heavily on offering reliable, accessible support to our customers.
