Journey
When we founded URBN in 2019, we saw a clear opportunity. Smartphone adoption in India was growing rapidly, but the accessory market wasn’t keeping pace. Consumers often had to choose between low-cost, unreliable products or expensive international ones.
URBN was created to bridge that gap — to offer high-quality, performance-driven, and well-designed charging solutions that people could trust and feel proud to use.
Milestones achieved
In the early days, one of our biggest challenges was educating customers about quality — explaining why a well-engineered, safe, and certified product costs more but delivers real long-term value. Building credibility as a new Indian brand in a market dominated by global names was another major hurdle.
We focused on what we could control: complete in-house product development and testing within our captive unit. Every URBN product goes through extensive durability and safety checks before launch. Over time, consistent quality and honest communication built the trust that forms the foundation of our brand today.

Among these, our MagTag and Nano series have been standout performers.
