Vivo is gearing up to launch its flagship X80 line-up soon. In the latest development, specifications of the vanilla X80 have surfaced online
The Vivo X80 would feature a punch-hole design with slim bezels and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset may bear a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ E5 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and DC-like dimming. However, a previous report had suggested that it could pack a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Vivo X80 may be equipped with a triple rear camera module, comprising a 50MP Samsung GN5 main sensor, a 13MP secondary lens, and a 12MP Sony IMX663 tertiary shooter. Upfront, it is tipped to sport a 44MP selfie snapper.
The Vivo X80 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It should boot Android 12 and offer support for connectivity features like 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, and a Type-C port. The phone will also reportedly have a large chamber for heat dissipation and an X-axis linear motor.
