Journey of Brand
Our products are unique and cannot be compared with those of the other brands. Each product is uniquely designed for consumers and will offer an unmatched experience for consumers. The quality and design of our products are the USP of our brand which sets us apart from the rest of the players in the market.
Products Offered
Currently, our brand offers in-ear segment and open ear segment, Under the in-ear segment, we have a range of wired earphones, wireless earphones, Bluetooth neckbands, and earbud earphones. The open ear segment includes unique features which have not yet been fully explored by other players – currently we have a range of Audio frames and Audio sunglasses under this category.
Positioning of brand
All our products are made to offer superior experience and performance; we cater to the section of the customers who are always on the lookout for quality products that will give them the ultimate experience and longevity. Our tagline is ‘Exploring serenity’ hence, the users will be transported to a new level of serenity while experiencing the best sound quality.
We are here to give an unmatched experience to our consumers – it’s all about ‘Exploring serenity.’ Our products are aimed to give an experience of a lifetime. Our designs are completely different, comfortable to wear, and trendy.
Trends in Markets
Right now we are selling our products online through the Amazon store, Flipkart, Nykaa fashion, and on our website. We started during the pandemic and online selling was the only option available to us due to the restrictions in the offline market.
Right now we are focusing on increasing the sales through online mode and we will gradually move to offline selling options. We have run pilot projects with several opticians who have reviewed our prescription lens-friendly Audio frames and Audio sunglasses and a few optical stores in Mumbai offer these items as well. Today, the consumer is ready to experiment with the new emerging brands provided they offer quality products at an affordable range.
The focus of the R&D Team
XERTZ is connected to some excellent research and design teams. We have a tie-up with an outsourced team of research networks and together we constantly measure all the parameters of each product. We always welcome our users to provide their valuable feedback and share their experiences with our products. So we can bring even better and suitable products for them. XERTZ believes in innovating new ideas in line with the changing trends in the market.
‘Make in India’
XERTZ’s open ear category includes audio frames and audio sunglasses, which are assembled in India. Currently, under Make in India, we are assembling four SKUs in the open ear category. We are looking for new opportunities and are in discussion with a few clients for OEM offerings as well. However, at present, our focus is on promoting our brand – XERTZ. We have not yet started manufacturing the in-ear products.
After-sales-services
XERTZ offers efficient and prompt after-sales services to customers. Whenever we receive a complaint regarding our products we try to resolve it within three days once we receive the faulty product at our center. We also deliver the repaired products to the doorsteps of the customers at the earliest possible.
Message to the industry
Our message to the industry is we should reduce e-waste as much as possible and look to innovate and add value to the products. We believe that with help of innovative products having multiple use cases, durability and repairability we can reduce the amount of e-waste and plastic waste.
