HTC introduced HTC Desire 82 at the IFA 2014. HTC Desire 820 packs an 8-megapixel front-facing camera as well as software tweaks like the skin-smoothing Live Makeup and Photo Booth for capturing several photos in a single image. Around back, HTC has included a 13-megapixel BSI sensor and f/2.2 aperture.

Another highlight of the Desire 820 is its 1.5GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor that includes 64-bit support as well as a big.LITTLE architecture that can use four 1.5GHz cores for heavier tasks and four 1GHz cores for lighter duties.

It has got 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a microSD card slot, an embedded 2600mAh battery and a 5.5-inch 720p display. HTC also saw fit to throw in its well-know BoomSound front-facing speakers.
