During an interaction with Mobility Magazine, Mr. Pawan Parwani and Vikas from Landmark, expounded on how the brand continues to script success with innovation and quality, focusing on Make in India to position itself as the leading and most modern mobile accessory brand in the country.
Can you explain Landmark’s mission and motto?
The main aim of the company is to focus on supreme quality, unmatched product standards, clubbed with our unwavering passion. The brand was conceptualised 6 years ago but over the years effectively built on criteria such as quality, innovation, reliability, and after-sales service with the vision of being open to all parameters of mobile accessories operations that can help the industry flourish.
Landmark has risen to be the leader and has always remained ahead and adapted well to the changing trends and in terms of integrating technology. The company has successfully incorporated a world-class quality product and offered an exclusive and prompt after-sales service.
As per Mr. Pawan Parwani says, “We are 6 years old and we are doing pretty well in the market. We have a wide range of products from speakers, TWS category products, etc., and we have always catered to the changing needs of the consumers. “
What is your take on Make in India?
The brand’s exclusive product range includes a vast category of speakers, headphones, earphones, travel chargers, power banks, and many more user-friendly mobile accessories.
India’s position is getting strengthened in the global electronics market and it creates a benchmark in reaffirming its commitment to its vision of ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat’, thereby positioning it as a leader in manufacturing hubs in the international market.
India’s electronic sector suddenly saw unprecedented growth and, with this, demand for computers, laptops, smart phones, and other devices has touched the sky in the last two decades. The scaled-up demand is seen after the pandemic as the medical sector has upped its usage.
Mr. Pawan Parwani says, “Now India is equipped in India, labour is also fantastic and we are matching the quality, which is at par with the international standards. India is growing day by day and what demands were there in the Indian market 2 years ago are not the same. “
What are your future plans?
Landmark thrives on a vision that makes consumers the centre of our focus and innovation. The brand constantly tries to modernise our offerings for end users and focus on what matters the most to them.
Most importantly, the brand has one of the best after-sales services with over 300 SKUs, which is not very prevalent with the other brands.
The current trends in the market have also changed and the brand conceptualises and reinvents itself with the current trends to keep pace with the evolving trends in India.
Mr. Vikas goes on to say, “Right now the Indian market needs neckbands, smartwatches, and other products.” We try to cater to the current needs of the consumers, and we find that now the consumers opt for handy, convenient products that are capable of fast charging, so we plan to make our products in such a fashion. “
What is the specialty of your brand?
Through its network of workforce across India, Landmark provides end-to-end solutions, repair services, and prompt after-sales to meet the needs of its customers.
The brand also involves checking the quality of the products to ensure they are intact all the way from the producer to the end customer and that the consumers get the high-end quality products.
What message do you want to give to the users?
We would like to reiterate that Landmark products are high on quality and we continue to target the customers of all ages from youth to the elderly.
Mr Vikas comment, “The uniqueness of landmark lies in quality, after sales service. We are one of the very few brands having the best after-sales services with over 300 SKUs, which is not very prevalent with the other brands.”
Mr Parwani, Landmark says, “Mag Expo is the first exhibition that we have participated in and we have a complete range of Bluetooth speakers, party speakers and mobile accessories. We have reduced our dependency on China and are focussing on good quality and we are very happy to have a good crowd here at Mag expo. “
