LG India, soon after starting pre-bookings for the G4 smartphone, has confirmed June 19 India launch date for the handset via an ad in a newspaper, with a launch event in Mumbai, as per reports.
LG G4 will support dual-SIM, claim the reports. To repeat, the LG G4 features a 5.5-inch Quad HD (1440×2560) IPS Quantum display with a pixel density of 538ppi; a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at 1.8GHz; 3GB RAM; 32GB internal storage; expandable storage support up to 2TB via microSD card; 3000mAh removable battery; 16-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 lens, and an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 lens.
The LG G4 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with LG’s new UX 4.0 on top. Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides apps come pre-installed on the phone and G4 owners will receive an additional 100GB of Google Drive storage free for 2 years.
