The constant evolution in technology has presented numerous opportunities for our business, positioning us for further advancements. What is your plan for 2024?
In 2024, our focus remains on staying at the forefront of the IT sector, capitalizing on innovative technologies such as AI and gaming. We are excited to unveil smartwatches with cutting-edge features, anticipating the ever-changing demands of our tech-savvy consumers.
What trend do you observe in the market?
The market has evolved from conventional smartwatches to a diverse range with the latest trends and features. We plan to introduce smartwatches with SIM cards, recognizing that smart technology is the future for all brands, with AI playing a pivotal role.
What is your plan for the Indian market?
Our primary focus is on offline channels, emphasizing the importance of a tactile experience for consumers. While many brands prioritize online presence, we’re committed to providing hands-on interactions through our offline stores. Strong partnerships and positive customer responses give us confidence in a bright future for our brand in the Indian market.
What is your take on Make in India?
We take great pride in being a part of the Make in India initiative. We’ve launched several Made in India products like smartwatches, power banks, and chargers, contributing to the nation’s growth. Our collaboration with Taiwan’s Tetra brand further supports Make in India projects, promising a bright future for the country.
What products are you manufacturing right now?
Presently, we are manufacturing power banks, chargers, and smartwatches in India. Looking ahead, we have plans to venture into manufacturing other smart gadgets to meet the evolving needs of our consumers.
What new products can we see from Minix?
We have exciting products in the pipeline, including smartwatches with built-in SIM cards. Research work is underway to incorporate new technologies into our smartwatches, aligning with our commitment to innovation.
What changes have you seen in the market over the years?
Over the years, the Indian market has become more receptive to new technologies. Unlike in the past, where it took several years for innovations to reach users, new technologies are now readily available. The Indian consumers are well-informed and eager to explore cutting-edge products, making the market more dynamic.
