As further proof of Motorola’s focus on service, Motorola unveiled our first ‘Moto Care’ flagship center in India. Located in the heart of Bangalore, this facility will provide best-in-class service and support to customers – while also offering a state-of-the art experience zone, allowing consumers to get ‘hands on’ with our product portfolio. It is also another example of the importance and priority of the Indian consumer to our business.
The Moto Care center is located in the heart of the city on Jayanagar Road. The facility is spread across 3000 sq.ft, with the latest interior design features and experiences unique to Motorola. The service and support area will give consumers a walk-in service experience with highly trained support staff. Support will be provided for various queries across software upgrades and device hardware repair.
The Experience Zone will give consumers the chance to experience the product. It will showcase our entire product portfolio – Moto X (including leather and wood versions), Moto G, Moto E, Moto Turbo, Motorola Nexus and Moto 360. The zone can also facilitate online orders via Flipkart, our exclusive partner. Service staff will be on hand to guide consumers through the entire process.
Besides catering to customers directly in Jayanagar, Motorola’s flagship center will also benefit customers in neighbouring locations in Bangalore such as MG road, Koramangala, Indiranagar and Rajendra Nagar.
