During an interaction with Mobility magazine, Mr. Kashish Lalit, Founder & Director, Toreto reveals the brand policy and the reason behind the revamping of the brand, and the future path.

How has been the journey so far?

Mr. Kashish Lalit – So far so good! We have come a long way but have a long way to go. The brand is in a different phase now. While a lot of hard work is going on, it is incredibly satisfying to realize as a team, we are working for something really big. 

The brand has emerged as one of the top leaders in audio devices. Explain the reason behind the success

Mr. Kashish Lalit – We aspire to give the best sound output to our customers without compromising on the design. Our constant endeavor to innovate and give the best and that’s what drive us.

We have been touted as one of the leading wireless audio brands, we provide a perfect combination of advanced technology, world-class design, outstanding quality, and impeccable customer support

Recently you have revamped your brand. Elucidate

Mr. Kashish Lalit – We felt our new direction as a company is very dynamic and fluid. To express that to our target audience we felt a new brand language is an absolute necessity.

Over the last months, there have been some top-rank appointments in Toreto. Please do take us through it.

Mr. Kashish Lalit – Yes, as I told you earlier, Our Toreto 2.0 started when we put together our senior management team. They are motivated with great experience backing them. Their inputs and experience have been instrumental in building Toreto 2.0; I believe it’s the team and not an individual that can make a difference.

Discuss the R&D that you have?

Mr. Kashish Lalit – We have a dedicated team based out of Hongkong that works extensively with our OEM Partners to innovate and develop new technology. The idea is to build a seamless process and robust infrastructure that would make innovations easy to adopt. R&D will eventually be the differentiating factor for brands in time to come

How would you like to see your brand in the mobile accessory market in India in the next 5 years?

Mr. Kashish Lalit – It’s not the market, it’s the customers and what they need is what matters. The way technology is getting developed, the next 5 years will be very crucial. Anticipating the customer’s changing demand and the ability to provide cutting-edge technology at an affordable price will be the key to success.
