Bose announces two additions to the iconic SoundLink line of mobile audio solutions: the SoundLink Color Bluetooth speaker, the most affordable SoundLink speaker from Bose, and the SoundLink Bluetooth on-ear headphones, the first on-ear Bluetooth headphones from Bose.
SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker is a completely new SoundLink design — but is still every inch a SoundLink. It weighs just 0.5 Kg, and measures 12.7 cms wide, 5.3 cms deep and 13.4 cms high to fit easily into a handbag, knapsack or the palm of your hand. Bose combined exclusive dual-opposing passive radiators with two high-efficiency transducers for full-range sound, including deep, low-note performance. The SoundLink Color Bluetooth speaker is so easy to use, you’ll be listening in no time.
It connects wirelessly to a smartphone, tablet or other Bluetooth enabled device, and uses voice prompts — available in several languages — to simplify setup, and identify which source is connected. Turn it off, and the SoundLink Color speaker remembers the last eight devices paired when powered back on. It then automatically connects to the two most recently used — your iPhone, iPad, Android, or other Bluetooth enabled device. Switch back and forth without having to disconnect, reconnect and re-pair. Essential controls are on the product, and for added versatility, a 3.5mm stereo auxiliary input is integrated on the back of the enclosure. Its exhaustively tested housing is made of elastomer and plastic and comes in Black, White, Blue, Red and Mint.

The SoundLink Color Bluetooth speaker and the SoundLink on-ear Bluetooth headphones will be sold for INR 11,138/- and INR 21,038/- respectively. The SoundLink Bluetooth headphones are available from September 29, 2014. The current Bose AE2w Bluetooth headphones will be renamed the SoundLink around-ear Bluetooth headphones, and remain at INR 21,150/-. All SoundLink products are sold at Bose retail stores
