Lava launched 7 new devices in the Indian market


lava30-5-14Firstly in  the tablet segment they launched 7inch tablet  sub 10k category that runs on a 1.2 GHz quad-core Broadcom processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.The device boasts a 3.2 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera, which enables video calling facility. It features 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE and 2G as connectivity options. QPAD e704 contains 4GB of internal storage capacity that can further be expanded up to 32GB through the usage of a microSD memory card. It is loaded with a 3,500 mAh battery and priced Rs 9,999.

And at end of last month they have announced Ivory S tablet which is a dual-SIM tablet(3G+2G) voice-calling feature. Ivory S has a 7.0-inch display with a less-than-HD 1024?600 pixel resolution, runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, MT8312 dual-core processor with 1.3GHz clock speed, 1GB RAM and 400 GPU. The tablet comes with 3G voice and video calling and packed with a 2800 mAh battery. The tablet comes with a 4GB of on-board storage space and you can expand this to up to 32GB. Lava has also loaded games, entertainment ,social, security and productivity apps too.

In the smartphone category they have introduced 5 new product  in the Iris family, 406Q, 450 colour , 504Q+, 550Q and Pro 20 Lava Iris 406Q is priced Rs 7,499.The phone is packed with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Processor with 1 GB RAM and Adreno 302 @400MHz graphics unit. Android Jelly Bean, but with the uption to upgraded to Android 4.4 Kitkat, 4-inch WVGA (480?800 pixels) display, 5MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera. Lava Iris 406Q supports 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB. The 3G phone is powered by a 1700mAh battery.

Iris 450 colour handset has a 4.5 inch display and dual core processor and comes with swappable covers  in vivid colours. The Lava Iris 450 Colour would be available in five colour options which include Blue, Tan Brown, Raspberry Pink, Ivory White and Pro Black colours. Priced at 7,999 Iris 504Q+:  Lava has added to its quad-core smartphone line-up with the launch of the Lava iris 504Q+. The stylish looking phone is the successor to the Iris 504Q which we reviewed last year. The phone is priced at Rs 13,990 Lava Iris 550q is a slim, fast and easy-to-use smartphone that delivers effortless multitasking with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor that runs on Android Jelly Bean OS 4.2. A long lasting 2,600-mAh battery provides ample back up for multimedia, stand by and talk time of up to 10 hours on 2G.Priced at Rs. 13,000 Lava Iris 550q is available in black color and comes with a flip cover.

The last but not the least is the Iris Pro 20 which is very similar to Pro 30. The only difference is display resolution and weight. Pro 30 is 7.5 mm thick and weighs 114 grams and Pro 20 is 7.7 mm thick and weighs 112 grams. And only 1000 Rs cheaper then Pro 30. Priced at 13,999
