Anker Innovations Undertakes Training for its  Employees in India Amid COVID-19 Lockdown


Anker Innovations undertakes a unique Online Training program ‘Future Customer Behavior and success’ for its employees in India. Under this two Weeks virtual program, the company aims to utilize the existing time period, among its remote employees, to help them gear up for the challenges and changes post-COVID-19.

Apart from the Training and support, the company aims to utilize the platform, to balance the emotional and mental well-being of the employees too. The Training is designed, with courses that will allow employees to learn from industry experts and insights and also gives them a chance to network and interact with them. The objective is to build a reservoir of information and foster the knowledge of the employees in functional, behavioral, and technical skills. The re-skilling aims to build acceptance and preparedness on the ‘new normal’ and its changing dynamics which shall also impact and re-structure the business scenario, post  COVID-19 in India. To adapt the learning, Anker has adopted several new-age technologies and tools, which include virtual collaboration tools, videoconferencing, and cloud-based document sharing.
