Traditionally, customers for our products have purchased them from online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. However, we are expanding our presence in the offline market, working with dealers to provide easy access to our portable and handy products. Currently, we follow a single-tier channel for distribution, dealing directly with the dealers. We are investing in educating and training our dealers to ensure they understand how to effectively promote and sell our products to customers.

BOYA falls into the category of being neither cheap and low-quality nor excessively priced.
