During an interaction with Mobility Magazine, Mr. Nagaraju Soma, Managing Director, Cellbay talks in detail about the brand policy, the various strategies adopted to tune future forecasts more finely and increase sales.

Our mission is to become the most trusted brand in multibrand retail chain and to be the most preferred shopping destination, profitable company.

Cellbay was formed by a group of experienced hardcore mobile industry directors having 20 years of experience in mobile Retail Solutions. All the directors are having a strong ground level experience with sufficient fund flow with future planning to expand company to greater heights with strong principles and systems.
What is your brand Philosophy?
The success of the brand focuses on the 5C Mantra: Clarity, Customer, Culture, Challenges, and Confidence. The philosophy and mantra go hand in hand and are the reason for the grand success of the brand. The employees are the brand ambassadors for Cellbay. The brand has been one of the most successful brands in the Southern region.
What is the USP of your brand?
The brand creates loyalty and the best shopping experience to its customers. It aims to have a strong after sales service. It strives its best to identify customers’ pockets, state of mind and provide the most innovative products in the same shop under the same umbrella.
What are the evolving trends?
Over the years a lot of preference has changed for the customers due to the digital space. We feel that the customers are experiencing trends in service and the customer is keen in just in time service. The brand has always catered to the customers and the company aims to ensure that every customer has the best shopping experience.
What are the future plans?
Recently we have vented into the laptop segment. We have also been awarded the “Pride of Telangana Award “in February this year. We currently are 54 stores in Hyderabad & Telangana but plan to extend to 100 stores by 2024-year end. Our services are transparent, and our customers referral plays a vital role in enhancing the confidence & credibility, thereby winning customers’ loyalty.
