Lava launched Iris Atom 2, 4.5-inch FWVGA display, 5MP camera smartphone. Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava has added another device to its portfolio. The new device is a budget Android device priced at Rs 4949. It has a 4.5 inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 480×854, and it is powered by a 1.3 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM. The device comes with 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded to 32GB via a microSD card.
Lava Iris Atom 2 also has a 5MP rear snapper with LED flash and a VGA front camera. The phone ships with Android 4.4 KitKat, but is upgradeable to 5.1 Lollipop. The device is powered by a 1750 mAh battery and supports 3G bands. In addition, the device also features gesture controls for easy access to apps and settings.
