Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 paired with Adreno 619 GPU for graphics. The phone runs on Android 13 with ColorOS 13 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
The OPPO A1 5G packs 8GB/12GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage that is further expandable up to 1TB with microSD. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
The OPPO A1 5G packs dual cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and LED flash and a 2MP mono portrait camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
