During an interaction with Mobility Magazine, Mr. Shashank Divedi, Brand Head e-commerce & Mr. Dinesh Rajpurohit, Group CEO, Super CRP, expounded on how the brand continues to script success with innovation and quality, focusing on Make in India to position itself as the leading and most modern mobile accessory brand in the country
Please share with us the range of products which CRP offers and what sets you apart in the mobile accessories industry?
CRP is well connected to the distributors on ground level, we offer a wide range of products. So, the thing that sets us apart from other brands in the market is our product range. As of now, we have five hundred different SKUs, that means five hundred different ranges of products that are way more affordable and they offerthe best of product quality when compared to other brands in the market. So, the main motive of our brand is to make affordable and high quality gadgets that reaches to the homes and hands of every Indian consumer. That’s our vision and we’re working in that direction.
How do you envision the opportunity for your brand in the Indian market? Also, has ‘The Make In India’ initiative helped your brand to grow in any way?
There has been a big boom in Indian market for mobile accessories. Since the mobile accessories sector is growing very rapidly even after the pandemic stage we can see that the market is estimated to skyrocket in the coming few years. This is a golden opportunity for us to establish our presence in the market
The Make In India initiative has been working out well in the electronics sector. While many brands are still dependent on the Chinese manufacturers, we have started working on manufacturing our products in India. We’re planning to set up our assembly and manufacturing unit in India very soon that will not only cater our brand but also support other small brands so that even they don’t need to depend on foreign country, so this way Atmanirbhar Bharat and make in India is working out very well
Since there’s a lot of competition in the market, where do you see the position of your brand in the next two to five years?
We are more focused on constant reinventing and researching so that we can provide the consumer with the best product in the market. We don’t compete with others in order to win the race. Our competition in the market is with ourself, Everytime with each new product we try to overcome and break the sale record of our previous product, We aim to make products which are unique in he market and not available with the other brands. We are also working on to launch our own patented products in the coming years.
Please share a message for the mobile accessories industry?
Since this is very exciting industry there is alot of competition and also there are alot of players in the market, few are newbees and few are well reputed brand like ours, so i wanna convey this to all the brands that Instead of going for the pricing, you should focus on the quality. When you’re into making a product, the end user should be satisfied with the product in erms of quality. Every brand is competing with each other in providing the cheapest product by compromising the quality of their product. This approach doesn’t work in the long run if you want to survive and make a mark in this industry.
