Could you give us a brief overview of yourself and the Kratos brand?
I’ve been immersed in the mobile distribution industry for 18 years before launching Kratos two years ago. Drawing from my extensive experience in the field, I was inspired to establish my brand. Kratos specialises in a range of products including Neckbands, TWS (True Wireless Stereo), and Smartwatches. This year, our focus is on expanding into the sound segment, particularly with the introduction of Soundbars with woofers, alongside various other audio innovations.
What is the current product range offered by Kratos?
Currently, we offer 10 models of Smartwatches, 5 models of TWS, and 4 models of Soundbars. Additionally, we have 15 more models in the pipeline, which will soon be launched to cater to diverse consumer needs.
What is Kratos’ market share and focus area?
Our primary market presence is in South India, where we have gained significant traction since our inception. This year, we continue to concentrate our efforts in the South, leveraging our strong foothold in the region. Our brand has garnered trust among customers, which has contributed to our success in establishing a notable market share.
What sets Kratos apart from other brands?
Kratos prides itself on delivering quality products that align with market trends. Our dedicated research and development team tirelessly works to introduce innovative offerings. With a service issue rate below 1%, we assure our customers of product reliability and satisfaction, setting us apart in the competitive landscape.
Could you outline Kratos’ customer service policies?
We prioritize customer satisfaction by offering on-site services for Woofers and replacement services for all other products. Despite selling close to 1 lakh Smartwatches, our service issue rate remains impressively below 1%, underscoring our commitment to excellence in customer service.
