Pursuing an aggressive retail growth strategy in Rajasthan, Vodafone has already launched 9 Vodafone Stores (VS) and 50 Vodafone Mini Stores (VMS) in the last 12 months. Today with over 670 stores, Vodafone has consolidated its position as the largest exclusive retail footprint in Rajasthan.
Evolving to the changing market dynamics and growing mobile internet and smartphone penetration, Vodafone in the last one month has launched 8 Global Design Retail Stores across Jaipur, Kishangarh, Baswara, Chittorgarh, Ganganagar, Kota and Hanumangarh, in Rajasthan. Whether it is Jacksdale in UK or Jaipur, Vodafone Global Design Stores offer a uniform customer experience.
Additionally, Vodafone has over the years expanded its network reach to cover 90% population of Rajasthan and will continue to take requisite steps to further enhance its distribution and reach.
Serving the needs of 11.1 mn happy customers in Rajasthan, Vodafone has been focusing on closer engagement and enhancing customer experience in an endeavor to be future ready. Vodafone’s pre-paid and postpaid customers can now access their accounts, manage mobile usage, pay bills, add or remove packs / services and recharge for themselves or others in just 30 seconds!
