I’ve seen firsthand how these elements can drive success. At Amazfit, I aim to further strengthen our distribution network, forge mutually beneficial alliances with key retailers and e-commerce platforms and prioritize the unique needs and preferences of Indian customers, taking into account factors such as regional variations in tastes and preferences.

In the current scenario, what steps should companies take to position themselves in the market and create a strong image.

Building a strong brand image is essential in today’s competitive market, especially in a country as diverse as India. Companies must have a clear and compelling value proposition that sets them apart in the minds of consumers.
