Mr. Pankaj Narang Director, of Sonilex Group comments, “We have an office in China with staff strength of 40-50 people and in India in New Delhi. Initially we started providing FM Radio and walkman devices way back in 2005 which we discontinued later and then to catch up with the mobile trend, we added mobile chargers, cables, speakers and so on to our product line. The current mobile accessories market is very big and offers a lot of opportunities to the quality-proven brands. We provide products that are of high quality, affordable and value for money and give varying warranties from 6 months to 1 year, depending on the product type. Sonilex brand speakers are in fact are highly demanded by the customers. Our main target segments are the mid-level and premium segments. We have a wide range of TWS products at different price points, from mass market products to premium products.”

Speaking on their channel network Mr.Pankaj, stated, “When it comes to manufacturing in India, we have two manufacturing plants in India. Currently, nearly 50% of our products are manufactured in China and 50% in India. Currently, we have over 100 partners and we have very good incentive schemes for our distributors once they meet the targets. The Company targets to increase the partner strength to 200 and also to double the sales in the next two years and aims to be present in every corner of India. The Company has plans to open a branch office in Chennai, but due to Covid-19, it has been postponed to 2021.”

Talking about the future trends and their future strategy, Mr.Pankaj concluded, “Customer satisfaction is very important for a brand to survive and grow in the mobile accessories segment today. If there are 50 brands in the market at present, only 10 brands will survive after 5 years. We work closely with our channel partners, take regular feedback from them, try to understand thoroughly what the partners and end-users exactly need and deliver the best possible products accordingly. Currently we are selling well and hope to grow more in future. We are aiming at a good market-share in the coming years.”
